The service

DerbyQuiz is a football quiz game. The core game is free, and you can optionally buy a paid DerbyQuiz Premium subscription. By using the site you agree to these terms. The service is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors, and we may modify or discontinue it at any time.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
  • Display names must not be offensive, vulgar or impersonate someone else.
  • You can have your account deleted any time by writing to admin@derbyquiz.com.

Fair play

Cheating is prohibited — bots, automation, API manipulation or exploiting bugs to gain XP, scores or leaderboard positions. Violations may lead to stats being reset or the account being deleted without compensation.

Content and data

Club badges and club data come from public sources (TheSportsDB) and belong to the respective clubs; DerbyQuiz is not affiliated with any club or league. The game mechanics, texts and design of the site are our intellectual property.

DerbyQuiz Premium

  • Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription. Current benefits and prices are shown on the Premium page. Prices are final, including VAT.
  • Card payments are processed by the Comgate, a.s. payment gateway. With your first payment you agree to recurring payments. The subscription then renews automatically and the price is charged to your saved card at the start of each new period until you cancel. A receipt for every payment is available in your profile.
  • You can cancel anytime in your profile with the Cancel subscription button. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period and you won't be charged again. Unused parts of a period are not refunded unless the law requires otherwise.
  • As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Premium starts immediately after payment, so before buying you expressly agree to the service starting within that period and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we retry twice more, and Premium ends after the third failure. Premium benefits may evolve. We will announce material price changes in advance, and you can cancel before they take effect.
  • For complaints and payment questions write to admin@derbyquiz.com. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) handles out-of-court consumer disputes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the game, service outages or loss of game data. Virtual items (XP, frames) have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. The date of the current version is always shown above. Personal data protection is described in our separate privacy policy.
