The service

DerbyQuiz is a free football quiz game. By using the site you agree to these terms. The service is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors, and we may modify or discontinue it at any time.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• Display names must not be offensive, vulgar or impersonate someone else.
• You can have your account deleted any time by writing to admin@derbyquiz.com.

Fair play

Cheating is prohibited — bots, automation, API manipulation or exploiting bugs to gain XP, scores or leaderboard positions. Violations may lead to stats being reset or the account being deleted without compensation.

Content and data

Club badges and club data come from public sources (TheSportsDB) and belong to the respective clubs; DerbyQuiz is not affiliated with any club or league. The game mechanics, texts and design of the site are our intellectual property.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the game, service outages or loss of game data. Virtual items (XP, frames) have no monetary value.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. The date of the current version is always shown above. Personal data protection is described in our separate privacy policy.
